Shipping policy
For DEKÁRNÉ’S shipping policies, please read the following carefully and pay attention to the following Shipping policies.
If there is a discrepancy between the English and other language versions, the English version will prevail.
Regions and Dates
DEKÁRNÉ supports addresses in most major regions of North America. After payment is completed, it will take 1-2 business days for your order to be processed before shipping will begin.
DEKÁRNÉ does not have local warehouses in certain regions so you may receive your package within 2-10 business days of shipment, depending on your location.

If your address is on a small island outside of the United States, such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, and Samoa, as well as overseas departments of European countries, such as Reunion Island, Martinique, Canary Islands, etc., shipping may not be supported
Due to certain national and regional policies, packages may have extended shipping times.
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses.
Shipping Costs
DEKÁRNÉ’S website serves customers worldwide, so pricing may vary depending on your country or region. For instance, some locations qualify for free shipping, while others may incur shipping fees. The total cost of your order, including any applicable fees, will be displayed on the checkout page.
Although in rare cases, DEKÁRNÉ may request additional shipping charges from you after you have taken advantage of free shipping or have paid for shipping, including but not limited to the following:
- When a local warehouse is out of stock, but you request that shipping begin immediately and DEKÁRNÉ needs to ship from another location
- Changes in international or regional conditions that result in high shipping charges by the carrier
- Your address is located in a remote area of your country (e.g., mountains or islands)
- The carrier requires additional surcharges for your address
When these situations arise, you will be contacted and have the option to pay the charges or cancel your order.
If your package is not shipped from a local warehouse, it may be subject to duties and additional charges. DEKÁRNÉ is not responsible for any duties and taxes, and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
For some countries where local warehouses are not available, if we ship directly from our storehouse, you may need to cooperate with the logistics provider for customs clearance, and DEKÁRNÉ will not be responsible for any loss or non-delivery of goods caused by your refusal to clear customs.
Canceling an Order or Returning a Package
You may modify or cancel your order by contacting DEKÁRNÉ prior to the start of shipping. DEKÁRNÉ will not accept any changes to your order once it has shipped, and shipping costs caused by customer remorse will not be refunded under any circumstances and will be deducted when the order is refunded, regardless of whether you are entitled to free shipping.
If you request to cancel your order while your package is in the process of being shipped, we will attempt to communicate with the logistics provider to discontinue the shipment and return the shipped package.
Whichever method you choose, you will be responsible for the full cost of shipping the package. After the warehouse receives the returned package, we will check the status of the package and deduct the shipping and repacking costs incurred in the refund.
Please note that it is not our obligation to intercept the package after shipment, and it is up to the carrier to successfully discontinue the shipment. If the loss of the package is lost due to customer remorse, the customer will bear the full loss.
Out of stock
Although it is not something we want to see, in some extreme cases (e.g. factory strikes, shipping routes, local government closures), site products will be out of stock for a short period of time, which will result in longer fulfilment times, and we will normally ship within 2-11 business days.
You can ask us to cancel your order or continue to wait. If you do not want to wait, we will cancel and refund the full amount.
Shipping Note
DEKÁRNÉ may cancel your order for no reason without prior notice.
If you have purchased two or more products on the site, your package may be shipped in two or more packages from different warehouses or different locations, which means you may not receive them at the same time.
If you request to change the shipping address for your order, we may ask you to show documentation proving your identity.
